Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon pick up and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations must be received  48 hours prior to order pick up to receive a full refund. Because we prepare each item using fresh and local ingredients, we are unable to restock and reuse ingredients. Thus, orders canceled under 48 hours are not eligible for a refund. If eligible for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hello@chi-cuterie.com
